Neurofeedback training sessions are generally 30 minutes two or three times per week. Neurofeedback has been used to aid recovery from various conditions such as ADHD, anxiety, sleep disorders, memory problems, PTSD, and concussions. It is also used to enhance cognitive performance, improve concentration, and for creative enhancement in healthy individuals.
